PLC Programmer
Remote within the USA (Eastern Time Zone) preferred.
Direct Hire
$90-120k depending on experience + benefits.

Our client is within the water treatment industry and looking to add a further PLC Programmer to their team in Florida.
What will you be responsible for?
- Program, troubleshoot and commission PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD, Ignition SCADA and networks used to control water or wastewater facilities.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, P&ID drawings and specifications in making installations or performing repair work.
- Assist the design staff to ensure designs are cost effective, safe and efficient.
- Complete and update technical documentation.
- Perform installation and commissioning at the customer facilities.
What will you need in ordered to be considered?
- Ideally degree educated in an electrical discipline.
- Proven background as a PLC programmer/Control Engineer.
- You know the Siemens suite inside-out - including S7-300 to S7-1200, Tia Portal, Simatic, WinCC etc.
- The ability to program from scratch in structured text (SCL), STL and ladder logic (LAD), as well as troubleshoot and commission code.
- Experience within the water, waste-water or water treatment industry.
