A globally known Private Equity Firm is seeking a driven Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in San Francisco! This will be a hybrid, contract role with the possibility to go full-time with the right candidate. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team, driving interviewing operations and logistics. ** Please note that this is a hybrid, contract role, pay will be $30-38/hr**
What You will do:
- Schedule and coordinate phone and virtual interviews, collaborating interdepartmentally.
- Calendar management, coordinating schedules of meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Manage the entire interview process using ATS, maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Ensure candidates have an outstanding interview experience, providing quick and thoughtful solutions to candidates and interview panel member’s needs.
- Create offer letters and initiate hiring process.
- Efficiently organize and set up training events.
- Assist in coordinating the internship program.
What You bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of Recruiting Coordinator / HR experience
- Working experience using applicant tracking systems, MS Office and video conferencing tools.
- Amazing organizational skills with a focus on quality and outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and reprioritize.
- Can-do attitude and ability to manage difficult situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
