Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing and lead generation strategy at Auxis for all of their core service lines, including Finance Transformation & Outsourcing, IT Managed Services, and Robotic Process Automation.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the commercial and executive team at Auxis to understand the company’s positioning and go-to-market strategy to implement the marketing tactics required to generate the expected number of qualified sales leads in the United States which is the target market for the company.
Key aspects of their role will include content coordination and execution, as well as the successful management of the digital marketing channels which is a significant success factor and focus for this position (key digital channels include paid ads, SEO, website operations/UX, social media, and webinars). This position will have two internal direct reports (a Marketing Coordinator and a Digital Marketing Lead), as well as a Digital Marketing Agency located in Latin America with a team of 10+ dedicated employees, and a freelance graphic designer located in Argentina.
Requirements
· BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
· Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish
· 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing for a similar services company targeting CFOs, CIOs, and high-level executives in Finance and IT (e.g. Big Fours, Accounting Firms, Recruiting, other consulting & outsourcing firms, software companies)
· Enjoys and brings experience managing direct reports and agencies
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Demonstrable experience leading and successfully managing digital marketing in B2B services companies
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising content and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
