The Role
The President will play a key role in the day to day running of the organization. Working closely with the CEO, this person will implement business strategies, refine business operations, support capital markets efforts, and more.
Role Responsibilities

- Driving Operational Excellence: Conduct in-depth analyses of internal operations, employing your keen eye for detail to uncover opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains.
- Architecting Success: Develop and implement robust business strategies that seamlessly align with both their short-term objectives and long-term aspirations, ensuring a harmonious balance between immediate goals and future growth.
- Empowering Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing invaluable insights, guidance, and unwavering support to transform plans and objectives into tangible achievements.
- Performance Optimization: Regularly evaluate the company's operating results against established benchmarks, employing your analytical prowess to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted action plans.
- Strategic Business Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Management Team to create a comprehensive, integrated strategic business plan that maximizes our market presence and enhances profitability across existing and emerging projects.
- Financial Acumen: In partnership with the Owner and CEO, devise innovative strategies for resource generation, encompassing both equity and debt, to meet the capital requirements of their current portfolio and future ventures.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track-record operating as an executive within a real estate development firm, specifically single-family residential or multifamily. Ideally, this candidate would have expertise in developing capital markets strategies in sourcing debt & equity.
