Human Resources Business Partner
Pride Health is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for one of its clients in Massachusetts.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.
Location – Boston, Massachusetts (02118)
Length of assignment – 3 months (Possibility of an extension)
Pay range - $35- $40 per hour.
Shift – Monday - Friday – 9 am to 5 pm.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner provides broad-based professional human resources generalist support and other duties as assigned to support the overall business. This position will partner with all HR functions to implement practices, policies, and procedures to be responsive to the Hospital's goals, culture, and competitive practices. All HR staff members must be focused on the points of integration for seamless patient care, employee effectiveness, and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3-6 years of Human Resources Generalists/Junior Business Partner experience.
- Experience working with a represented and non-represented environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable accountability to the best interests of the team and the organization.
- Ability to relate well with and influence, strong, independent thinkers.
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communication, actions, and an optimistic approach to business.
