Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their team! This position is located in Bellevue, Washington.
Duties:
- Optimize the customer experience by ensuring timely resolution and proactive results for the dealer channel
- Review and authorize applicable credits
- Reply to and resolve dealer questions and internal business partner emails
- Receive, enter, and validate customer orders, reserve inventory, and determine delivery dates
- Generate, analyze, and monitor open order reports to validate system integrity, SLAs, EDI, and IDOCs
- Establish and maintain business relationships with Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning to ensure on-time delivery and address backorder, picking, shipping, and capacity issues
- Aggregate and review data to collaborate with Allocation Planning, clear backorders, execute planning cycles, build loads, release orders to the distribution center, and manage the daily open order review process with key channel managers
- Resolve return exceptions, coordinate adjustments with Finance, Channel Managers, and customers, and authorize replacements or credits
- Identify root causes of process failures and implement process improvements
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 1+ year(s) of supply chain experience
- Understanding of supply chain systems and structures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within teams
- Ability to connect work in functional area upstream and or downstream in supply chain
- Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning
- Working knowledge of Excel, basic formulas, pivots, etc.
- Experience in SAP ECC/fulfillment systems preferred
