Location: Torrance, CA
Base Salary: $118,200 to $190,300 + Best-In-Class Benefits
JD:
- The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for assisting the nurse manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit. In collaboration with the nurse manager, assumes 24/7 responsibility for the management and staffing of the unit. The ANM manages and coordinates the unit, directs and supervises functions and activities, interprets policies/procedures/protocols, standards, and regulations as appropriate. The scope of responsibility spans all aspects of nursing care. The ANM maintains clinical competence and certifications to assist the unit when required.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing, within 3 years of accepting position.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years - Clinical experience in an acute care hospital or Acute Rehabilitation facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialty certification – SCRN upon hire.
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
- Recent Leadership experience.
