Responsibilities
- Review and process claims submitted by clients
- Verify the accuracy of information provided in claims
- Enter and update claim information in our database
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with administrative tasks related to claim processing
- Maintain organized records of all claims and related documents
- Provide support to the claims team as needed
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary
