We are seeking a highly organized and proactive profile to support the regional CEO and executive team leading CEO office functions, managing go to market calendar as well as cross-functional projects, across internal communication, corporate/clients events, employee engagement. The profile will also be in charge of managing office operations and coordinating our showroom activities. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative expertise, office management experience and strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Manage the CEO calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
Support for Special Projects:
- Assist in planning and executing cross functional activities (i.e. employee engagement, CSR, Showroom Events, Marketing and Brand Experience, team building events,
- Conduct research and gather data to support project development and implementation.
- Help coordinate events, surveys, and feedback sessions to enhance employee and customer engagement.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Showroom Coordination:
- Manage the organization and presentation of the showroom space, ensuring it reflects the company’s brand and values.
- Coordinate product displays, events in the showroom.
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure effective sample management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense for showroom presentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Other languages a plus!
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Golden includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
The base salary range is $80,000 USD to $125,000 USD.
