CSP has partnered with a financial investment company in their search for an Administrative Assistant. This role requires at least 1-2 years' of experience, and this individual must have financial industry experience. This position requires candidates to be on-site in Towson, MD five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and completing service tickets by following detailed workflow steps
- Learning and effectively utilizing industry software tools
- Follow up with advisor/staff on missing information required to complete task
- Facilitating client technology requests
- Communication with advisor upon task completion
Financial Planning Support:
- Sending clients fact finder and collecting financial profile data
- Collecting and composing client statements
- Applying financial planning assumptions
- Creating basic financial plans with client provided data
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate and capable to learn new computer systems
- Bachelors Degree preferred
