5AM-1:30PM
6AM-2:30PM
7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $35 Hourly

Job Description:
Medical device Electronic Soldering Technician specialize in assembling and repairing electronic components in medical devices. They perform precision soldering, often under a microscope for extended periods, inspect and test connections, follow strict manufacturing protocols, and document their work to ensure the devices meet industry standards and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solder with Precision: Work under a microscope with magnifications ranging from 4x to 40x.
- Handle Fine Wire Gauges: Expertly solder wire gauges from 20 to 42.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Take verbal instructions, provide feedback, and work closely with engineering to drive process improvements.
- Ensure Quality and Troubleshoot: Conduct thorough product testing to meet output standards; collaborate with engineering to address issues and perform necessary rework.
- Document for Continuity: Maintain clear and detailed notes to ensure seamless transitions and enable team members to easily continue your work.
- Monitor Production Efficiency: Track soldering and assembly processes to identify and implement improvements for increased productivity.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure all soldering practices adhere to established safety and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
