Well established larger hospital system looking to bring on Nurse Manger OR!
Will be instrumental in overseeing all day to day activities for the surgical services program with high volume OR's and a larger team of FTE's. Reports to the Director Surgical Services.
- Licensed RN with Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field, or enrollment in program preferred
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required
- 3+ years of progressive leadership development, management experience.
- Staff adheres to all C.A.R.E. Standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
