Job Title : Alliances Partner Manager
Job Summary:
The Alliances Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic partnerships with Oracle and other partners to drive business growth. This role involves developing partner relationships, coordinating joint business initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of partnership strategies that result in planned growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish new alliances that align with Doyensys' business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining and strengthening partner relationships
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, co-marketing efforts, and product initiatives.
- Performance Management: Track and report partnership performance, optimizing for mutual success and desired sales outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, legal, and delivery teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.
- Enablement: Work with partners on products, solutions and services to drive engagement and sales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in alliances, partnerships, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of managing successful partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- Travel: As needed. Up to 60%
