Position: Manager, Quality Assurance/Quality Management/Regulatory Compliance
Job Summary:
As a Manager of Quality Assurance/Quality Management/Regulatory Compliance, you will oversee the company's quality program, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality documents, procedures, and metrics.
- Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality-related documents.
- Overseeing training programs and quality metrics.
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
- Collaborating with senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required, Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a Quality or Regulatory role.
- At least 2 years of experience in cGMP environments within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in Product Safety and/or Quality Assurance is a plus.
