Responsibilities:
- Live Streaming Expertise: Conduct live sessions on TikTok to demonstrate and promote ecommerce products, engage viewers, and encourage immediate purchases.
- Content Development: Strategize, script, and execute compelling live streaming content that supports ecommerce goals, such as product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with viewers in real-time, address comments and inquiries, and foster an active community of followers.
- Sales Strategy: Boost ecommerce sales through effective product demonstrations, promotional activities, and clear calls to action during live broadcasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming efforts with overall ecommerce strategies and objectives.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor live stream metrics, analyze viewer engagement and sales data, and refine strategies to enhance performance.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on ecommerce trends, consumer behavior shifts, and social media best practices to optimize content reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Ecommerce Expertise: Profound grasp of ecommerce principles, online shopping behaviors, and effective sales tactics, particularly in fashion, beauty, or home goods sectors.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong command of TikTok and other social platforms, leveraging live streaming features and engagement strategies proficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to connect with diverse audiences, articulate product benefits, and maintain viewer engagement.
- Creativity and Adaptability: Innovative thinker with a knack for generating fresh content ideas, adapting to evolving trends, and tailoring messages to resonate with target demographics.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to achieve shared goals.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Professional Background: Previous experience as a live stream host, social media influencer, or in ecommerce sales roles is advantageous.
- Track Record: Proven success in driving sales or engagement through social media platforms, with measurable achievements.
Salary:
- Primary carousel host: hourly fixed fee + commission (30/hour + 1-2%)
- Full-time host: full-time bi-weekly salary + commission (around 4k+/month + 1-2%, based on your experience and performance)
