My client are private held Construction Business who specialise in water and wastewater facilities, including stormwater stations, pump stations, and water treatment plants.
- Verifying that the work is completed in a safe and orderly manner;
- Assisting the project management to address field related risks / concerns;
- With the assistance of the project manager, Identifying, managing and resolving risks that may impact the project;
- Proactively scheduling DNHI’s internal work force, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain the overall project schedule;
- Identifying, documenting and communicating potential changes to the project manager;
- Schedule review to ensure the project is tracking to complete on time;
- Completing daily reports, safety paperwork and other paperwork required under our contract;
- Ensuring work in progress and completed work meets contractual requirements; and
- Retaining positive relationships with the customer.
