The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative / Business Development Representative to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying their staffing needs, and placing qualified IT professionals within their organizations.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads for IT staffing positions within the ERP, EPM, and Business Intelligence/Analytics space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements and challenges.
- Present WorkTrust Solutions' services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build and manage a strong network of IT professionals within your assigned territory.
- Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of ERP, EPM, and Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and navigate client conversations with professionalism.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
