Key Responsibilities:
- Able to identify and apply knowledge of plans to identify complex plan characteristics unique to specific organizations
- Answers, returns, or makes complex calls to employers, advisors, or participants
- Reviews and approves distributions and loans prior to fund release
- Resolves all issues that prevent from being processed
- Monitors and communicates to employers' contribution rate discrepancies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Understanding of data file development and transmission (receiving and sending payroll data and files to Relius systems)
- Reviews year-end financial reports for audited, non-audited and 403b multi-vendor valuations and Form 5500
- Able to load and transfer data packages
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
- Acute attention to detail
- Must work well with others
- Professional, friendly, and outgoing attitude
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Highly organized
- Able to work frequently under pressure
- Able to multi-task
- Good research skills
- Understanding of data file development and transmission
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
- Experience with retirement plan administration is preferred
Education/Certifications:
- Degree in finance or accounting
