The firm's statewide Real Estate Practice Group manages a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use developments, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks, hotels, resorts, golf courses, hospitals, and manufacturing plants. They offer expert counsel in acquisition, financing, development, loan restructuring, and litigation, supported by deep knowledge in finance, corporate law, litigation, and tax.
Position Description:
The firm’s Tampa office is seeking a Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join their Real Estate Practice Group. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, with significant expertise in retail and office leasing. Top academic credentials and experience at a mid to large law firm are preferred. Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to take the next Bar exam. Relocation expenses may be negotiated for the right candidate with the appropriate experience.
