Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Maintenance Management:
- Manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment is repaired and maintained to standard.

Technical Expertise:
- Provide hands-on support for complex repairs, using technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and schedule maintenance, ensuring all resources, parts, and tools are available when needed.

Inventory and Budget Management:

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with maintenance software and safety protocols.
