Job Overview:
We are looking for a Software Engineer/ Microsoft Software Architect expert who is passionate about leveraging Microsoft technologies to create unmatched solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Innovate: Partner with the VP Engineering to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge solutions using .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and SQL Server by turning business needs into technological masterpieces
- eCommerce First: Interact with omnichannel eCommerce channels to fulfill orders from online stores and marketplaces
- Code: Integrate systems seamlessly through APIs, data transfers, and ETL that will ensure robustness, scalability, and security
- Utilize Data: Use your in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Azure and SQL to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions, and efficiently handle large datasets for analysis and reporting purposes
- Evaluate and Implement: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging Microsoft technologies, recommending, and integrating new features to enhance our solutions' performance and functionality

Qualifications and Skills
Must Haves – Technical Skills:
- 10+ Years of experience as a systems architect or similar role with a strong emphasis on data architecture, the .Net framework, and Microsoft technologies
- 7+ Years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles
- 5+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- 3+ Years of developing in C#, X++, or .NET development or equivalent experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including cloud architecture
- Extensive hands-on experience in automated build/deployment processes
- Extensive knowledge of payment gateways and credit card processing systems
Must-Haves Other Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- Agile-based software development
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Nice to Haves:
- Retail-specific experience in eCommerce, ERP systems, and retail supply chain and business processes
- Experience using complex ETL solutions (ex: Boomi, Celigo, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, etc..)
- Low / No-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
