Development Director – Seeking full time professional to work collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer and lead the Development team in planning and executing effective an effective, integrated fundraising and communications program for Community Human Services. Manages a staff of three: Grants Manager, Donor Relations Manager and Communications Manager.
Responsibilities include executing annual campaign for operating support, conducting capital campaigns as needed, grants and grant reporting, donor research, donor recognition and stewardship, donor data base, direct mail appeals, annual report, special events, community outreach, advertising and social media, and website.
Qualifications: Broad knowledge of nonprofit fund development and marketing and communications. Demonstrated success in fund raising. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Outstanding leadership qualities. Strategic thinking and planning skills. Analytical problem-solving abilities. Minimum 5 years of experience in development field and 2 years in supervisory/management role.
Salary $106,922 - $129,964 a year D.O.E. Additional 5% if bilingual (Spanish). Generous benefits package including dental and vision coverage. AA/EOE.
