Responsibilities:
● Mechanical Repair
● Possess diagnostic skills in auto repair.
● Perform wheel alignments.
● Perform quality wiring, connector, and harness repairs
● Utilize the tools, service information, and knowledge needed to return the vehicle to a
safe, pre-collision status.
● Static and Dynamic calibrations performed in our facility and off site.
● Perform ECU relearning/programming using OEM applications.
● Must be able to communicate and work through any challenging scenarios on site.
● Excellent customer service and communication skills.
● Document all work and reports in real time.
● Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manor
● Accountable for assigned inventory (including vehicle, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan
tools, other equipment provided)
Qualifications
● 3+ years automotive diagnostic background
● Knowledge of OEM scan tools a plus
● Ability to understand repair estimates and service information to execute ADAS calibrations
and other services to OE standards
● ADAS certification a plus but not required, training will be provided
● Valid driver's license & ability to pass MVR check
● Customer service
● Communication skills
● Must be at least 18 years of age
