Position Overview:
As the Director of Digital & Growth, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company’s digital strategy, with a strong focus on omnichannel execution. You will be responsible for developing processes, creating a high-performing digital team, and executing innovative digital initiatives across all platforms. You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, as you’ll need to manage both strategic direction and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances customer experience and drives growth across all digital touchpoints
- Omnichannel Expertise: Tackle the challenge of integrating online, offline, and mobile channels to create a seamless customer experience
- Team Building: Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional digital team, from hiring top talent to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Process Development: Establish scalable processes and frameworks to streamline operations and ensure effective digital project execution
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, technology, and operations teams to align digital initiatives with broader company goals
- Analytics & Performance Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to continually optimize digital campaigns, improve user experience, and maximize ROI
- Adaptability & Leadership: Operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment, taking ownership of multiple functions as necessary, from strategy to execution

Facing the challenges of an immigrant family, their strong work ethic and passion for success drove them to open Böhme in 2006, at just 23 and 24 years old. With Vivien as CEO and Fernanda as Creative Director, they have built a thriving business that now spans multiple store locations across the western U.S. and employs over 200 women.
