The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience and a strong track record of successful case management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and share knowledge to foster team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Maryland; admission to D.C. and Virginia is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on civil matters.
