Job Title: Project Manager (6 months + contract)

About the Role:
ersg are seeking an experienced PSO Project Manager to support a project in America next year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Protected Species Observer (PSO) or Project Assistance Manager (PAM) roles. This position will be shore-based, and the candidate must have the legal right to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or L1A visa).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure project objectives are met within the defined timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Utilize expertise in PSO/PAM to provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets, ensuring all relevant information is accurately maintained.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Background in PSO or PAM roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
