About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and provide strategic HR leadership to our CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the CDMO industry.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the CDMO market. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and integrated into the team.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations practices. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly. Manage performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with market trends and company objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead or participate in HR projects, such as talent development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations, including those specific to the CDMO industry. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
- Proven track record in recruiting and hiring top talent in the CDMO or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience working in a CDMO or related industry.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with HR analytics.
