OBJECTIVE
Provide support to Sales Team by researching and contacting current and prospective clients, entering relevant information into the CRM, communicating relevant information regarding a current or prospective client to the Sales Team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as primary day-to-day contact with PMAA’s current and potential clients
- Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
- Reach out to PMAA’s clients via phone calls to ensure they are satisfied with our services, and asking questions to explore continued business opportunities
- Educate clients on PMAA’s services
- Set meetings with current and potential clients to further understand their needs to drive additional business
- Engage with clients to gather feedback on candidate interviews to provide to the recruiting team to ensure that the presented candidates are in line with specific client needs
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Input detailed notes into CRM concerning client interactions
- Meet established metrics
- Maintain a high level of relevant knowledge in order to have meaningful and engaging conversations with clients
- Create call lists of prospective clients for sales team
- Consistently display a can-do attitude and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct reference on prospective candidates
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of B2B or B2C sales and/or account management experience
- Knowledge of MS Office 365
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
- Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual
- Proven track record of learning quickly and working in a team environment – understanding how to effectively use resources to find answers and solutions
- Ability to take direction and, when needed, respectfully challenge direction with best needs of client in mind
- Effective communicator – both oral and written
- Ability to learn new technologies, software and computers quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with data mining
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills
- Consistently display a can-do attitude
- Coordinate, manage and maintain active communication across internal team
