Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk to ensure the safety and security of our supportive housing residents. This role involves customer service, monitoring lobby traffic, and maintaining building policies.
As a Front Desk Clerk you will:
- Show exceptional customer service skills.
- Monitor guest check-ins/outs and verify identification.
- Accept and account for rental payments.
- Log occurrences during shifts and report hazardous conditions.
- Sort and distribute mail promptly.
- Inspect common areas and maintain a clean lobby appearance.
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional boundaries.
