Job Summary
Randstad Engineering Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven Embedded Software Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects in the automotive accessories industry. This is an opportunity to take your prior training and experience in product/ software development into a product lead role.
Responsibilities
We are seeking candidates with prior product and software development leadership experience to:
* Lead multiple complex projects
* Participate in software and hardware technical reviews
* Develop and manage the completion of customer documentation for software deliverables
* Have prior experience in complex engineering product and software development
* Ensure customer and internal project requirements are documented, planned, implemented, and tested
* Responsible for communication and escalation of key issues affecting: cost, quality, timing, resources, risk, technical trade-offs, etc. to management
* Meet key internal and customer milestone dates
* Have a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
* Skills in communication, project scheduling, and management of software
* Experience with mature product/ software development processes
* Lead software project team meetings (Scrums and Release Planning)
* Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management
Required Skills
5+ years experience in an embedded software engineering environment
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects
Skills in communication, project scheduling, and management of software and complex products
Desired Skills & Experience
Automotive Industry
PMP and/or Scrum Certification
Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management
