We are seeking a part-time Senior Administrative Assistant to work closely with our New York Times Best Selling Author and CEO who positively impacts millions of lives worldwide. As the Senior Part Time Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, calendars, email, and special assignments. This role offers opportunities for growth as you demonstrate your talents, skills, and abilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day CEO Support (60% of work time)
- Assist the CEO in managing daily schedules, projects, and priorities
- Handle email correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Manage calendars/communication for the CEO and his interactions with the NeuroGym team
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments
- Arrange all travel needs as required
- Assist in CEO's projects, including speaking engagements, interviews, and private clients
Operations & Administrative Support (40% of work time)
- Support HR and legal functions
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Help with coordination of company events
- Maintain and organize digital media, business, and personal documents
- Collaborate with other team members on projects assigned by the CEO or executive team
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a top-notch high-level assistant
- Proficiency with Mac and PC, advanced Google Workspace skills
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and patience
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions
- Collaborative team player
