Description
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to work part-time in the Los Angeles office to lead and manage the brand's sales strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building lasting relationships with high-end retailers, boutiques, and direct-to-consumer channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury fashion sales, excellent leadership skills, and an established network within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and brand presence
- Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and track performance to meet and exceed goals
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets to drive growth
- Manage relationships with key wholesale accounts, department stores, and boutiques
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with partners, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and margins
- Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients, stylists, and influencers to support brand positioning
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to drive DTC sales through the e-commerce
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform the sales strategy
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data, consumer feedback, and market trends to adapt strategies as needed
- Serve as an ambassador for the brand, reflecting its core values of luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and brand messaging
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the fashion and luxury sectors
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and managing high-end retail accounts
- Experience in both wholesale and DTC channels is essential
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion markets and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
