Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist / Electrical Admin
Location: Arden Hills, MN
Employment Type: Fully on-site (shift 8:00 – 5:00 with slight flexibility)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to support our engineering and technician teams in creating and managing technical documentation for test systems, fixtures, and test equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to author and edit technical documentation for test systems, fixtures, and test equipment.
- Comprehend and retain complex information from internal and external documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity in technical writing.
- Manage inventory by ordering parts, designing, and maintaining an efficient inventory system.
- Communicate with asset owners to coordinate and manage calibrations, ensuring accurate tracking of equipment.
- Maintain attention to detail in recording part numbers, descriptions, and specifications.
- Adapt to and learn various applications and software, including Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Acrobat, SAP, myBUY, XUI, ServiceNow, LabVIEW, BMRAM, Windchill, DOCS, Global Workforce, and eCAPA.
- Multitask and prioritize effectively to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; pursuing/already having an associate degree in engineering is a bonus.
- Familiarity with technical writing and documentation standards.
- Experience with schematics, diagrams, electronics, or engineering concepts is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to understand and manage complex technical information
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
