Responsibilities
- Work with AEG Team to understand and consolidate the strategies, business opportunities, and negotiations of the AEG Supply Team into a marketable product for the AEG Sales Team.
- Deliver business cases for sales leadership that focus on creating new opportunities and optimizing existing sales in new markets, with new supply chains, and new positions.
- Develop technical and financial RFP responses in support of AEG’s bid responses for the commercial, government, and general aviation segments.
- Review, catalogue, and distribute information related to customer demand as part of RFP process.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines to the framework provided by AEG customers.
- Conduct reports and provide recommendations to management for negotiating domestic and international supply contracts with fuel and service providers.
- Evaluate market trends and suggest changes in sales focus in order to meet annual goals.
- Identify internal and external data sources to help answer questions related to business issues and optimize key processes in the AEG sales cycle.
- Provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new processes.
- Serve as a role model and ambassador for AEG’s Core Values in every aspect of the position.

Requirements:
- Four-year Bachelor's degree, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Advanced to expert Microsoft Excel experience which includes building spreadsheets, pivot tables and working with formulas.
- Ability to professionally interact with others at all levels across the organization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage a variety of people and understand their needs (finance, sales, supply chain, marketing, operations)
- Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Identify potential problems, present alternatives and propose solutions.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented.
