We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Leader Consultant to oversee the total rewards function on an interim basis during a critical period for one of our clients. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of day-to-day compensation and benefits administration, while also contributing to the development of long-term total rewards strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the total rewards function, ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to communicate and refine total rewards strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Leverage UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software to manage compensation and benefits programs, data analysis, and reporting.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to total rewards promptly.
- Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for total rewards program enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Total Rewards leadership role, preferably within a mid to large-sized organization.
- Expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Process improvement and system optimization experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Orange County, CA.
