Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree; preferably in technical discipline (ME/EE/SW/Biomedical/Systems)
- 7+ years in the development of complex embedded systems, PC-based products, electro-mechanical systems, or medical devices
- 5+ years project management in a cross-functional environment including multi-locational or global teams.
- Contractor and Supplier management. - Proficiency with project management tools, including MS Project, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of tools or similar tools such as SolidWorks, C++, JIRA, ect
Pluses:
- Coming from a regulated industry such as Medical Device, Defense, Aerospace, etc
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with UL, CSA, IEC and other various regulatory standards
Day to Day:
- One of Insight Globals clients in the Manufacturing Safety Equipment Industry is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to sit onsite in Telford, PA. This individual will be responsible for managing programs consisting of product development and sustaining projects within the PMO. You will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, and closure to achieve the program/project objectives (scope, schedule, cost, quality) with adherence to SOPs. Accountable to self, team, and organization to deliver results. Help lead the cross functional team (CFT) throughout the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization, through definition, design, realization, validation, to production release of new or existing devices, and/or related accessory products. This individual will need to be able to travel 10% of the time for this role and able to work cross functionally with teams internationally.
Compensation:
- 120,000 - 145,000 yearly salary
