Our client a well-established yet thriving industrial products retailer and wholesaler who are an industry leader across multiple product categories. They are seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead and drive their digital transformation efforts across our multi-store eCommerce platform, focusing on both D2C and B2B sales channels.
The ideal candidate will set the strategic vision for digital growth, enhance the user experience, and increase both traffic and conversion rates through effective SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy, aligning with business goals to grow both B2B and D2C digital sales channels.
- Digital Growth: Spearhead initiatives to increase online revenue, improve customer engagement, and expand the digital footprint across multiple online stores.
- SEO Optimization: Lead SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance the visibility of clients eCommerce websites.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to optimize website performance, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates.
- Multi-Store Management: Oversee the performance and optimization of multiple eCommerce stores, ensuring a seamless customer experience across different platforms and devices.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on eCommerce performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, sales, and product management to implement digital strategies and improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, with a proven track record of growing digital sales channels in both B2B and D2C markets.
- Expertise in SEO and CRO with demonstrated success in improving organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.
- Experience in the wholesale, industrial, or similar sectors is a plus.
