Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our growing digital commerce team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our online product presentation and customer journey to drive sales and enhance the online shopping experience with delivery partners. The ideal candidate has a passion for e-commerce, a strong understanding of online merchandising principles, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Presentation: Execute online merchandising strategies to ensure products are presented in a compelling and engaging manner. This includes optimizing product titles, descriptions, images, and videos.
2. Journey Optimization: Improve shopping navigation, category pages, search functionality, and overall site usability to enhance the customer journey.
3. Pricing Management: Monitor competitive pricing and optimize value proposition and profitability for customers.
4. Sales Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer engagement to identify areas for improvement.
5. Promotional Activities: Assist in planning and executing promotions, paid ads, sales, and campaigns to drive traffic and increase revenue.
6. Content Management: Maintain and update all content, including banners, landing pages, and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
7. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest delivery trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital merchandising.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, category, information technology, pricebook, and operations, to ensure a cohesive online brand experience.
Working Relationships: Category Management, IT, Technology, Operations, Pricebook and external business partners.
Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economic, Merchandising, or a related field.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economic, Merchandising, or a related field.

Soft Skills/Competencies:
- Strong understanding of online merchandising principles and best practices
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms

Travel: 0-10% travel required
Hours & Conditions: Typically Monday – Friday, 8+ hour days in office setting; with the option to work remote 1-2 days a week, subject to change
