GA Rogers, central Oregon's leading search firm, is looking for an experienced Estimator or Pre-Con manager for a growing GC. The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator or Pre-Con Manager (or similar) working on office, industrial, medical, custom home or similar projects.
Responsibilities will include
- Excellent client communication to identify, bid on and win relevant construction work
- Work on budgets, schedules, design coordinating, trade-partner pricing and relationship building
- Prepare and submit project estimates to clients
- Have a Can Do attitude, take initiative and be a team player
- Prepare owner billings, process subcontractor and vendor invoicing, provide monthly job forecast and cost to complete reports, etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience
- Experience on commercial construction projects (offices, medical suites, apartments, industrial buildings, or high end custom homes)
- In depth knowledge of local codes, costs and existing relationships with trade partners
