Overview
Key focus is to support the design and implementation of an effective quality assurance process for Business As Usual credit rating and annual reviews. As part of that objective, the team will develop a general best practice guideline based on feedback from internal and external guidance and expectations and distribute that Credit Risk Management (CRM) wide. Additionally, the team will implement the new quality assurance process and ensure it is functioning in a Business As Usual basis. The team will establish and monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) to senior management to ensure teams are performing at an acceptable level.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with CRM COO and relevant credit officers to understand credit review practices across Credit Areas
- Define best practice for credit rating and annual reviews with key concepts that are transferable across Credit Areas
- Establish a new quality assurance process for all Combined US Operations (CUSO) Credit Areas that is operationally effective
- Establish key KPIs and monitoring tools to ensure that senior management is informed on the quality of credit reviews based on the QA process
- Manage the Quality Assurance (QA) process on a Business As Usual Basis
How You’ll Lead
- Build relationships with front office colleagues, challenging assumptions while providing constructive feedback
- Communicate credit views to senior management and help mentor and manage junior staff
- Lead responses and discussions related to audit and regulatory inquiries
Skills You’ll Need
- Credit risk management knowledge including experience in credit process and/ or credit portfolio management
- Experience in project management
- Excellent client and service focus, as well as absolute confidence in working with decision-makers from all levels of the organisation
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to solve complex problems, develop innovative and structured solutions, very good communication and social skills
- A high degree of personal initiative and flexibility, MS-office knowledge and practical experience

- Ability to present information in a structured, clear, and concise way
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000.00 to $203,000.00. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
