LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking for Customer Service Representatives for a call center in Louisville, KY. Contract role for 6 months.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday
- Several shifts available– 8-4:30, 9-5:30, 10-6:30 EST
- First two weeks of training will be 8:30am-5pm
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Highschool degree or GPA
- Minimum 1 year in customer service/ call center with high volume of outbound/inbound calls
- Computer savvy
Core Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Exhibit ownership, accountability, urgency and initiative.
- Well organized, attentive to detail. Accurate.
- Able to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Excellent customer service
