Crazy Skates, a young and fast paced company is looking for an Administration manager with customer service experience to join our team. A suitable person must be highly motivated, self-driven, reliable and a systematic thinker. Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in the role of Administration management with a college degree highly desirable. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS but not mandatory. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing accounts payable/receivable, office and warehouse workflow requirements, as well as providing administrative support to various departments and the general manager within the organization, as well as the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Resolve office-related issues and respond to requests or direct resolutions
- Generate and provide various reports for Management (both local and corporate management)
- A professional and convivial phone manner with the ability to "follow-up" with all enquiries in a timely manner
- Have the ability to adapt to a number of sales channel applications as well as being able to integrate reporting and auditing procedures and practices into those applications
- Assist with efficient and productive planning schedules for all employees on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Must be highly proficient in technology and the application of that technology into workplace procedures
- Inputting, collating, organizing data so that operational systems are kept up to date and accurate
- Work directly with the warehouse manager to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow at all times
- Be able to adapt to new procedures and practices as the business grows and diversifies. This includes, but is not limited to learning and understanding the product range and individual product knowledge.
- Must have a sound accounting knowledge so as to apply accounting principles to inventory tracking, order processing and payment gateway reconciliations at a minimum.
- May handle or assist with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

- Sales experience preferred but not essential. Sales experience can provide a further range in future compensation.

Salary Information:
If hired, the pay rate will be between $20 - $40 per hour, based on experience, performance, dedication and attitude towards the job and overall brand. Salary and bonus packages are an option once the full potential of your skillset is known. Benefits are not included, but co-contributions are an option once experience and commitment to the position are identified.

Schedule:
The work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Saturdays may become available as a working day in the future.
