QLM Search are partnering with a fast growth Packaging Manufacturer, in their recruitment for their Global Procurement Director (Indirect)- to lead all indirect categories, including CAPEX & tooling.

Alongside this, you will be providing world class leadership for the transformation of procurement & sourcing strategies- building capability, systems & process in a newly defined function.
Reporting to the CSCO- you will be a key player in identifying & implementing innovations, investments, and continuous improvements that will impact globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and implement both sourcing & procurement strategies across the group, with a global remit
- Building and harmonizing the indirect procurement operating model to deliver consistency and standardisation of processes.
- Working with key stakeholders and process owners to identify opportunities to drive efficiency and develop value across the supply chain;
- Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement and standards through key performance metrics.
To apply, you must have significant procurement & sourcing management experience within a large regional or global operating model- with broad indirect categories experience.
You will previously managed procurement within the packaging, beverage or food industries.
Furthermore you will have a track record and enjoy building processes, transformation and change.
You are likely to be a graduate and Certified Procurement Professional, you will have strong communication skills, gravitas and a record of developing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
