Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engineering design of HVAC systems. Performs design calculations and prepares equipment or material specifications.
- Candidate to be familiar with the AE design process and specifications leading to construction documents using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Applicant should have considerable experience in the design of education facilities, commercial office buildings, industrial buildings, and central chilled water and heating plants.
- Must have initiative. Capable of technically managing mechanical designers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - This is not optional.
Experience: 3+ years experience. AutoCAD experience. Revit experience preferred
