Key Responsibilities:
Project/Program Management:

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project objectives.

HR Process Improvement:

- Conduct analysis and gather data to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
