Pay: $100,000 base plus commission
Expected On Target Annual Income: $185,000 - $250,000 in the first year
(OTE based on current management performance, not BS projections)

Position Overview: Sales Manager
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our expanding sales team. This role is pivotal in helping Devslopes grow by ensuring our sales representatives are aligned, motivated, and operating at the highest standards. Your primary responsibilities will center around the following four key activities:
1. Goal Alignment & Vision Communication: Guaranteeing that the team understands and is aligned with our goals, KPIs, and overarching vision.
2. Process Improvement: Building and refining a sales process by continually studying the sales funnel. You’ll be responsible for understanding what works, identifying areas for improvement, and updating training materials to reflect these changes.
3. 1:1 Coaching & Development: Running one-on-one calls to address improvement areas using our timelapse coaching model, while also providing direct management and support to team members.
4. Hiring & Firing: Actively hiring new talent and letting go of underperformers to maintain high standards and raise the bar for the team.

Requirements
- Experience: Must have 8+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success.
- Professional Development: Must be actively pursuing growth in sales and management through books, podcasts, and other learning resources.
- Lead by Example: Must be comfortable selling to establish moral authority with the team, demonstrating firsthand what excellence looks like.
