Daily Responsibilities:
Insight Global is currently seeking an Engineering Drafter for an extending contract opportunity in the Maysville, KY area. This individual's primary responsibility will be drafting, revising old documents, and creating these documents in AutoCAD. It can be expected that this drafter will work with a variety of drawings on a daily basis. Some include: substation design packages, equipment layouts, electrical panels, mechanical drafting, evacuation plans, maintenance changes to parts in the plant, and line engineering (profile drawings, line drawings, etc.). Other responsibilities could include working beyond individual drawings, and working with processes, work orders, layouts for buildings, and existing projects. This individual will be supporting and working alongside a variety of engineers and will need to be comfortable with working with communicating with different facets of engineering staff.
