This position pays between $50.00 and $65.00 per hour.

Job Description / Required / Desired:
• Design engineering in CAD - company uses NX, SolidEdge, Inventor, etc... Candidate must be REALLY good at some cad system software and able to shift between design priorities, and able to pick up on different cad sw as necessary. Can have any of the above or AutoCad, SolidWorks, Creo, Pro-E, etc...
• Conceptualization, modeling, analysis, development, documentation, and test/validation of hardware associated with new semiconductor equipment.
• All designs for the group are for consumables inside the (deposition) chamber - parts using metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings/plating's.
• Work with potential suppliers to ensure parts can be manufactured in accordance with performance and cost objectives.
• Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, ANSI, DIN, GD&T, FMEA (all those stds/knowledge is not required).
• Designs with heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid/gas dynamics, manufacturability, tooling, fixturing,...
• Test plans, reports, analysis, validation, design reviews.
• Professionally represent the company to the customer.
• Semiconductor or related industry experience.
• MATLAB and Simulink a plus.
• MS Office.
• Very Good Communication skills.
• BSME preferred.
Pay for this contract position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
