Radley Staffing is looking for a motivated Associate Account Executive to join our team in the Austin Metropolitan Area. What You’ll Do:
- Client Engagement: Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
- Recruitment: Identify, source, and engage potential candidates on your team to fulfill client needs. Conduct outreach and assess leads to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire a diverse group of employees, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Availability: Be responsive and flexible to client needs, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
- On-Site Assessment: Visit project sites to assess client needs and ensure you have an efficient workforce on site.
- Bilingual Skills: Utilize your bilingual abilities in Spanish to connect with a diverse client and employee base.
