Revenue Operations Associate
Job Summary:
The Revenue Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of regular processes and procedures on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence. You will assist in the administration of the sales technology stack, support sales programs, and contribute to the optimization of sales processes. You will work closely with various teams to improve the customer experience and lifecycle, and maintain day-to-day efficiencies of the business. As a part of this role, the individual will need to learn how Leyton operates as a business, which is crucial for success in this position.
Duties/Responsibilities (inclusive of but not limited to):
- Responsible for basic Salesforce administration support, including reporting and dashboard maintenance to deliver key business insights to various departments
- Own recurring tasks and reports, included but not limited to partner payout, monthly sales highlights, weekly call dashboards, and more.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting, dashboards, etc.
- Test and audit Salesforce changes made by the Salesforce admin team.
- Efficiently work backwards to solve problems, tackle ad hoc requests, and address unexpected issues as they arise, including performing data analysis to support solutions.
- Assist in evaluating, documenting, implementing, and communicating the company’s best business practices and formal processes.
- Work cross-functionally within Leyton USA to ensure streamlined and efficient processes, specifically with Marketing, various sales teams, and the consulting teams
- Own the relationship of sales-facing prospecting tool (ZoomInfo) from an admin, usage best practice, monitoring, and training perspective in collaboration with the Revenue Operations Manager
- Assist in developing and delivering a regular cadence of monthly insights to sales and marketing leadership via Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Monitor system adoption and data compliance with data governance policy
- Assist with meeting recaps, follow-up action items, and understand how to action next steps.
- Maintain and evangelize communication best practices for sales and sales support functions
- Assume ownership of strategic projects as assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Superuser experience use of Salesforce; Salesforce admin experience is a plus
- Experience with ZoomInfo and/or Salesloft is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer and Information Science, or another related field is required
